When will I receive the login credentials for the Exhibitor Service Portal?
You will receive the login credentials for the Exhibitor Service Portal separately after you have received the order confirmation from us.
I can't log in to the Exhibitor Service Portal. What should I do?
Please use Google Chrome as your browser to log in to the Exhibitor Service Portal. The Exhibitor Service Portal is often blocked by company firewalls, so please check this first. If you still have problems logging in, please contact us at support.arbeitsschutz-aktuell@hinte .
Where do I place my utility orders, such as electricity, internet, etc.?
You can place all technical orders through the Landesmesse Stuttgart Trade Show Service Portal. You can find the link to it in the Exhibitor Service Portal under “Booth & Technical Services.”

Where can I order parking permits?
You can reserve parking permits for the duration of ARBEITSSCHUTZ AKTUELL through the Landesmesse Stuttgart Trade Show Service Portal. You can find the link to it in the Exhibitor Service Portal under “Booth & Technology.”
Where can I order booth construction and booth equipment?
You can book individual booth construction elements, booth construction packages, and booth furniture through our booth construction partner, Meplan GmbH. You’ll find the link to the booking portal on the Exhibitor Service Portal under “Booth & Technology.”
How many free exhibitor passes will I receive, and where do I order the exhibitor passes and setup/teardown passes?
The number of free exhibitor badges you receive depends on your participation package and the size of your booth.

PREMIUM 12 Exhibitor Badges
When you book additional space, your total space size will be taken into account when allocating free exhibitor passes. The exact number of free exhibitor passes is specified individually in your Ticket & Management Console and can be registered immediately.
If additional exhibitor badges are needed for the booth staff, they can also be ordered through the Ticket and Management Console for a fee.
You can access the Ticket & Management Console via the Exhibitor Service Portal under "Booth & Technology."
What should be kept in mind when setting up and taking down the structure?
Access to the exhibition grounds and the halls during setup and teardown periods is permitted only with a valid setup and teardown pass.
These are free of charge and must be ordered and registered through the Exhibitor Service Portal.
If you wish to drive a vehicle into the loading zone of the convention center during setup and takedown, you must reserve a time slot in advance. You can book a time slot—for a fee—using the VisiFair online tool. We will send you the event code required for booking 6 weeks before the event begins.

What are the setup and takedown times for "Arbeitsschutz Aktuell"?

Do I need a booth construction permit for my booth?
A plan approval or booth construction permit is required for planned booth extensions that exceed 50% of each open side of the booth.
In accordance with the technical guidelines of Landesmesse Stuttgart GmbH, approval must also be obtained from Messe Stuttgart for the following types of booths:
- Stands with a height exceeding 3.50 m
- Stands located below the gallery
- Stands located on the gallery
- Stands with a floor area of 30 m² or more
- Stands with enclosed ceiling structures
- Special structures

Can I have something delivered to the convention center?

Together with Hotelservice Deutschland, we have reserved a block of hotel rooms for you in the immediate vicinity of the Landesmesse Stuttgart. You can find them here.

Is there a help desk for exhibitors during the trade show?
During setup and throughout the trade show, the ARBEITSSCHUTZ AKTUELL team will be happy to assist you with any questions or other concerns. The team will be on site (at the trade show office in Hall 1, Room 1.2) and will also be available to assist you by phone and email.
