General information for your participation

ARBEITSSCHUTZ AKTUELL is a trade fair that focuses on topics relating to occupational health and safety. It provides a platform for companies to present their latest products, services and solutions in the field of occupational health and safety.

ARBEITSSCHUTZ AKTUELL takes place every two years in Exhibition Hall 1 in Stuttgart.

The fair attracts a large number of exhibitors, including companies offering products and services in the field of occupational safety, health protection and more. In our list of exhibitors you will find an up-to-date overview of the participating companies.

To register a partner on your stand as a co-exhibitor, simply complete the co-exhibitor application form and send it to arbeitsschutz@hinte-expo.com and send it to . You can find the co-exhibitor application form here on page 7: Co-exhibitor registration

The access data for the Exhibitor Service Portal will be sent to all exhibitors who have already registered in mid-April 2024. If you have registered after April, you will receive the access data for the Exhibitor Service Portal separately after you have received the order confirmation from us.

Please use Google Chrome as your browser to log in to the exhibitor service portal. The Exhibitor Service Portal is often blocked by internal company firewalls, please check this first. If you still have problems with the registration, please contact arbeitsschutz@hinte-expo.com to the support team.

You can book all technical orders via the Trade Fair Service Portal of Landesmesse Stuttgart. You can find the link in the Exhibitor Service Portal under Stand & Technology.

Parking permits for the duration of ARBEITSSCHUTZ AKTUELL can be booked via the Trade Fair Service Portal of Landesmesse Stuttgart. You can find the link in the Exhibitor Service Portal under Stand & Technology.

Stand construction elements, stand construction packages and stand furniture can be booked individually through our stand construction partner Meplan GmbH. You will find the link to the booking portal in the Exhibitor Service Portal under Stand & Technology.

The number of free exhibitor passes you receive depends on your participation package and the size of your stand.

BASIC 8 Exhibitor passes

PREMIUM 12 exhibitor passes

If you book an additional area, your total area size will be taken into account when allocating free exhibitor passes. The exact number of free exhibitor passes is stored individually in your Ticket & Management Console and can be registered immediately.

If additional exhibitor passes are required for stand personnel, these can also be ordered for a fee via the Ticket and Management Console.

Access to the exhibition grounds and the halls during set-up and dismantling times is only possible with a valid set-up and dismantling pass.

These are free of charge and must be ordered and registered via the Exhibitor Service Portal.

If you wish to drive a vehicle into the loading zone of the exhibition grounds during set-up and dismantling, you will need a pre-booked time slot. The time slot is booked for a fee via the VisiFair online tool. You will receive the event code required for the booking from us 6 weeks before the start of the event.

Early build-up
Early build-up is possible from 31.10.2022.
Please book this via the trade fair service portal of Landesmesse Stuttgart under "Permits". You will find the link in the Exhibitor Service Portal.

Structure:

The set-up times are Saturday and Sunday from 07:00 to 22:00 and Monday from 07:00 to 20:00.
Dismantling:
Thursday, 7.11.2024
Friday, 8.11.2024
Saturday, 9.11.2024

Dismantling is possible from Thursday, 7.11.2024 after the end of the event at 17:00 (vehicles may only enter the site from approx. 18:30) until Saturday, 20:00.

These are free of charge and must be ordered and registered via the Exhibitor Service Portal.

A planning approval/stand construction permit is required for planned stand extensions of more than 50% per open stand side.

In accordance with the technical guidelines of Landesmesse Stuttgart GmbH, an inspection must also be obtained from Messe Stuttgart for the following stands:
- from a height of over 3.50 m
- under the gallery
- in the gallery
- from 30 m² floor space
- for stand structures with closed ceiling constructions
- for special constructions
