I would like to register a partner on my stand, what do I have to do?
To register a partner as a co-exhibitor at your booth, simply fill out the co-exhibitor registration form and send it to arbeitsschutz@hinte-expo.com. You can find the co-exhibitor application here on page 6: Co-exhibitor application
When will I receive the access data for the Exhibitor Service Portal?
You will receive the access data for the Exhibitor Service Portal separately after you have received the order confirmation from us.
I cannot log in to the Exhibitor Service Portal, what should I do?
Please use Google Chrome as your browser to log in to the exhibitor service portal. The Exhibitor Service Portal is often blocked by internal company firewalls, please check this first. If you still have problems with the registration, please contact arbeitsschutz@hinte-expo.com to the support team.
Where do I place my technical orders such as electricity, internet, etc.?
You can book all technical orders via the Trade Fair Service Portal of Landesmesse Stuttgart. You can find the link in the Exhibitor Service Portal under Stand & Technology.

Where do I order parking permits?
Parking permits for the duration of ARBEITSSCHUTZ AKTUELL can be booked via the Trade Fair Service Portal of Landesmesse Stuttgart. You can find the link in the Exhibitor Service Portal under Stand & Technology.
Where can I order stand construction and stand equipment?
Stand construction elements, stand construction packages and stand furniture can be booked individually through our stand construction partner Meplan GmbH. You will find the link to the booking portal in the Exhibitor Service Portal under Stand & Technology.
How many free exhibitor passes will I receive and where do I order the exhibitor passes and set-up & dismantling passes?
The number of free exhibitor passes you receive depends on your participation package and the size of your stand.
ENTRY 4 Exhibitor passes
BASIC 8 Exhibitor passes
PREMIUM 12 exhibitor passes
If you book an additional area, your total area size will be taken into account when allocating free exhibitor passes. The exact number of free exhibitor passes is stored individually in your Ticket & Management Console and can be registered immediately.
If additional exhibitor passes are required for stand personnel, these can also be ordered for a fee via the Ticket and Management Console.

What should I bear in mind when setting up and dismantling?
Access to the exhibition grounds and the halls during set-up and dismantling times is only possible with a valid set-up and dismantling pass.
These are free of charge and must be ordered and registered via the Exhibitor Service Portal.
If you wish to drive a vehicle into the loading zone of the exhibition grounds during set-up and dismantling, you will need a pre-booked time slot. The time slot is booked for a fee via the VisiFair online tool. You will receive the event code required for the booking from us 6 weeks before the start of the event.

What are the set-up and dismantling times for Arbeitsschutz Aktuell?

Do I need a stand construction permit for my stand construction?
A planning approval/stand construction permit is required for planned stand extensions of more than 50% per open stand side.
In accordance with the technical guidelines of Landesmesse Stuttgart GmbH, an additional inspection must be obtained from Messe Stuttgart for the following stands:
- from a construction height of more than 3.50 m
- under the gallery
- on the gallery
- from a floor area of 30 m²
- for stands with closed ceiling constructions
- for special constructions

Can I have something delivered to the exhibition grounds?
Please address shipments to your stand as follows:

Please ensure that your stand is manned when the goods are delivered, as Messe Stuttgart and the organizer are not liable in the event of loss.

Which hotels are located near the trade fair?
Together with Hotelservice Deutschland, we will reserve a contingent of hotel rooms for you in the vicinity of the Stuttgart Trade Fair Center. You will find them here soon.
How can I get in touch with the organizers of the fair?

Is there a contact point for exhibitors during the trade fair?
The ARBEITSSCHUTZ AKTUELL team will be happy to assist you with any questions or other concerns you may have during set-up and the trade fair. The team will be on site (in the exhibition management in Hall 1, Room 1.2) and will also be available for you by telephone and e-mail.
